it's a growth aid that a lot of women on LHCF have had crazy success with. look up the OCT/MT challenge; the pictures speak for themselves!
i still have an entire bottle of MT that I haven't used. I don't really check the challenge threads but maybe I need to head over there to see what i'm missing!
